Product Review (submitted on January 8, 2013):I bought this after considering all the alternatives. Contrary to the description it only charges one battery at a time. One battery refused to take a charge; the others will work fine as emergency backups (as intended). Customer service sent me a new unit including three more batteries to replace the DOA battery so I'm pretty happy about the transaction.
