Over the years I have had a couple of Mophie cases thus far; they were purchased from several different vendors (Best Buy, Sam's, Fry's, etc.) Of them all, I've found that this particular version fits by far THE BEST!!!! It's snug and sleek. What I like most is that unlike most Mophie cases this one has the volume and power buttons covered with actual buttons, I don't have to stick my fingers into a little slot. I hope the 5 versions is as nice because I will certainly be watching for it. :) (Posted on 2/20/13)

Ordered one of these for my 4s when they were on sale for $19.99. First one I was sent did not work at all, would not charge ad just kept flashing. Just was sent a replacement, this one charges up and seems fine but does not charge my phone no matter what position the standby switch is set to. Will be calling tomorrow to get my second replacement.

The Mophie Juice Pack performs exactly as advertised. The battery life is close to double. Once you have this feature in a cell phone case nothing else will do. From my perspective there are only two small issues with this product. I don't like the way the top slides on without snapping in. It slides off way to easy. It hasn't been to big of a problem but I would like a more secure fit. Secondly, the LED lights are cool but very bright. When charging at night I have to cover the phone to avoid having a flashing night light in my bedroom. Overall I highly recommend this product. It's very attractive and productive. Priced right too! I got this because the price dropped to a reasonable level for a case. I am a heavy iPhone user and so my battery usually lasts about 2/3 of a day before I start looking for a plug. Now I last 24 hours before needing to charge again. One note as the case really makes the phone heavier... but after a day I don't notice that piece as much. It works just fine and it came in the original packaging. Just like new. Charges and works as i would want it to.

It's been a little over a month since i got this mophie and the battery goes crazy on me, once i turn the switch to charge phone the vibrator goes off every 5 sec. in another words the case might be defective... I sent an e-mail to All4cellular when i received the battery as it arrived damage on the bottom plastic and never got a call or response, i'll have to try again. This is a no-brainer if you need extra battery life. Bought this for my wife who could never get through a day on a single charge and often charged her phone several times a day. Once we added this the case battery alone gets her through most days and only on heavy days does she fully deplete that and start using the phone's battery. She actually likes the extra heft and grip this case provides, but that's the one caveat. Some people might not like that it make the phone heavier and thicker.
