I bought this as a replacement to the Jawbone Icon which I loved. I think the software is still buggy. It randomly disconnects and I have to turn the unit off and back on to get it to reconnect. Never had a problem with the icon. After Aliph updates the firmware a couple of times it will probably work better. Also beware they changed the size of the ear buds from those on the icon so if the icon fit perfect like it did in my case then the era may not work as well with the ear buds that it came with. The tapping was a nice feature to answer and hang up especially when working with gloves on. It works great at a Bluetooth but I still love the icon better.
