Had most of the corners dented, seems to have been dropped more then once, but all of the buttons and bluetooth worked fine, long battery life is a plus and the sound quality was great.

Much bigger sound than you would expect from its small stature. Bluetooth pairs nicely with iPhone 5. Works great while streaming Internet radio via wifi or LTE. It can easily bring loud and clean music to any room. I don't recommend taking it outside because you can barely hear it. It is very intuitive and compact. Two thumbs up!

My buddy who has a proper Big Jambox (that was not refurbished) blew my Big Jambox (refurbished) out of the the water to biblical proportions when it came to how loud it got. Customer service was slow and I was not satisfied. It will take a lot from All4Cellular to get business from me again.

System may have considerable cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect performance, such as:
Scratch – Single scratch that is not deeper than the paint
Abrasion – Series of scratches in close proximity
Rub – Blemish resulting from contact with another surface
Dent – Generally less than ½” in diameter
Gouge – Slightly deeper than a scratch and penetrates the paint
These BIG JAMBOXES have been refurbished, which means:
a) They have been fully reset to their initial factory specifications.
b) They are guaranteed to be in full working condition, just like a new unit.
c) It ships with the necessary accessories.
d)They come with our full 90 day, no questions asked, replacement warranty.
NOTE: Due to these being classed as "scratch n' dent", there will be scratches and nicks on the BIG JAMBOX. Due to these cosmetic blemishes, we are selling them well below retail price. The devices will have scratches - some worse than others. The damage is merely external though- it does not affect their performance in any way.
