I have had 10 bluetooth headsets over the past few years. The previous jawbones always had something that was missing. The first and second one would always need adjustment to stay in contact with my face so it would work properly and that would cause it to hang up. There was no multipoint or caller id. The fit had to be played with. I have 2 phones and needed one with multipoint and now that it has it I can say this is the best headset I have had. The other features are just icing on the cake. This headset is light so you dont even feel it on your ear. The call clarity is excellent. I am planning on purchasing a second icon for the wife because this works so well.
