The turn around from purchasing to shipping was a bit slow but once shipped the items arrived within 5 days. The only 'issue' I had was one of the chargers I purchased had a broken micro usb tip upon arrival. After receiving the item, I emailed customer service and had an RMA issued the next day with a replacement product sent out immediately. Regardless of the one charger (I bought a total of 3) I would definitely purchase from this company again and recommend it as well.

Price Value Quality I bought these chargers and have been working just fine I have not had any problems with them. I bought them because I can charge my phone and iPod at the same time. The price was great for two can't find that anywhere else. The quality is good for the price. (Posted on 5/16/12)

Quality Price Value I bought this two pack AT&T refurbished charger 6 months ago. They worked properly for almost 4 months. then one by one both dead... So upto buyer if they wanna buy it or not. Becasue everyone has different opiniopn and experience. Possible some lucky one has still in working condition. NOT bad to take a chace here for less price here. (Posted on 5/16/12)
