I wasn't sure how much I'd get for the price, but I am extremely pleased with this device. The suction cup and lever holds very tightly to the window. I haven't used the dash cup or vent clips. The goose-neck is very stiff, so it takes some work to get it bent into the correct position. Once it's in place, though, it will not droop! The clamp is very easy to use and feels very secure. There are foam strips inside the clamp which give some extra space. The device securely holds my Galaxy S3 with a protective cover, but it would probably need some modification if I used a heavy-duty case.
