When I ordered this product , I asked the sales person on the phone what is the difference between this and BlueAnt S4 and she told me it is a new modle and they same. Well , it is not the same, you cannot make calls hand free, you can only takes call. If I have known , I would have order the S4 instead but then again I see a lot of people complaining that it dial the wrong number. So far, my cell phone gps voice is part of BlueAnt is has a nice volume. Sound is loud and clear.
