These are very cheaply made, but for the price you can't go wrong. They are a hollow tube of metal with a plastic clip on the end, which also has a hole for a keychain in it. The business end of this thing is soft rubber which feels good enough to not shred from normal use, but if it caught on something it could tear because it's just a bubble of thin rubber. They do not scratch the screen what so ever. I don't know how these work, but they sure do work! you don't have to press down hard AT ALL, just so it makes contact with the screen your fine. I bought these so I could play Draw Something and actually see what I'm doing on my ipod's screen, they work great.
