This is veritably "the" battery for the HTC EVO 3D, and it also goes in the HTC EVO V 4G, which is the same phone, remarketed, and the model that I have. Personally, I'd bought this to charge and carry in order to switch-out with the another battery if/when its charge is exhausted.
