• The 32 GB built-In memory is split up in to 2 parts, "Internal storage" and "Tablet storage" When you first turn on the Tablet you should touch the keypad icon in the top right corner of the screen. (It looks like a 3 by 3 box of cubes.) then look for and tap the Settings icon, scroll down the column and find and tap the "Storage" tab on the right, at the top should be "Internal Storage" and that should show 11 GB+ of available storage space. (A few GB of memory have been used for the Tablet's operating system.) Then scroll down to "Tablet Storage" and that should show 16 GB+ of available space.
