The Jabra BT125 is about as simple as it gets. I have had one of these since they were first available. It pairs well with all phones I have tried it on and it also works well with the PS3. It has a hard plastic perforated speaker part that fits against your ear rather than a gel. Even so it is a very comfortable little headset. Part of the comfort is due to the soft rubber moldable section of the ear hook. Just don't lose the ear hook as the unit can't stay on your ear without one and a replacement ear hook costs more than you would want to pay for a low end headset. Sound quality is moderately good on both ends. I think with all the competition out there this little headset should be priced a bit lower though.
