I have had this model ever since it first hit the retail shelves. It was never meant to be a high end headset. It is very light weight and easy to pair and use. Sound quality on both ends is good but not great. It doesn't do well in windy situations but does fine indoors. My only complaint is after wearing the headset a while the supplied ear gel begins to hurt my ear. I wish it came with smaller ones because other than the lack of comfort it really does perform well for a headset in this price range. The comfort issue is subjective of course and many people do find it very comfortable.
