I purchased this product with much skepticism at first. My youngest son has made many purchases at this site. But after receiving the blue tooth today and everything was packaged right and all the pieces were accounted for. It took me a minute to figure out how to get it paired. But it was very easy to do once my blue tooth was fully charged. This is great. Now I can talk to people hands free. I love this.
