Product Review (submitted on December 5, 2012):I thought that th battery was defective. I contacted Customer Service, they jumped right in to help.It turned out that it was a cell phone problem. For me the sign of a good supplier is how they resolve issues. All4cellular WILL be the company I will go to if I need a product that they carry.
