Comments : At first I thought, $5 for a cell phone battery, you've got to be kidding! When I received my order, the battery charged fine, but my Razr V3xx wouldn't turn on, just a momentary flash on the screen, and nothing. So, I emailed customer service, told them it wouldn't work, and they sent a replacement the same day. I was, of course, hesitant that this one would work, but I'm happy to report, it does! End result, customer service was prompt and efficient, shipping was super fast, shipping costs are minimal, and product works fine.
