I use this primarily with my net-book and notebook. The net-book has terrible sound. It allows me to hear well and I can take my glasses on and off without getting tangled. My glasses hang from a chain on my neck. I also like the idea that now I can get up from the computer and move around without forgetting to unplug earphones and hurting the computer. I can leave the computer to get coffee, etc, and still hear what I was lessening to without missing a bit. After 5 hours it is time to take a break and recharge. I like that it turns off automatically if I move outside of range and turns back on when I move back into range and it always tell me when turning on how much time is available,. It is very comfortable for me to ware, I am female and I have just started using an ear bug, wired ones fall out of my ear, so the wrap around ear piece is nice and not visible as other bigger bluetooth headsets are. This one has the mechanism behind the ear not hanging from it.
I haven't had it long, one month, so I don't know if it will last, but it is very good for my use now. (Posted on 3/25/13)

The headset I received from all4cellular was defective and never worked. I had to contact motorola to try to get it fixed. thankfully, motorola was abel to fix it. i do love the headset as it is small/compact and the recharging container is a big plus! (Posted on 1/7/13)

I have had 10 or so bluetooths over the years. This one is the best by far. I am very happy with the weight. I forget it is there some times. The talk time is acceptable none of this 45 minutes talk time and it is dead. Much more comfortable than the Jawbone. (Posted on 12/19/12)

Item arrived, and after charging, paired perfectly, but no audio. Contacted Motorola and after an hour, they determined it's defective. The headset is actually pretty small. It disappears onto my ear. Much better than the other designs where these manufacturers expect an ear bud to hold the thing in your ear. One silly thing I am not sure I like... You need the case to charge it. The headset plugs into the case, the case plugs into the charger or USB. So if I have some reason to need to charge it, I need the case. Technically the case also keeps the thing charged. Just seems odd that I can't just USB charge the headset by itself. I can't stand to have earplugs in, so trying to find a hands free device for my phone has been a challenge. I also didn't want a huge box sitting on the side of my face. This heaset is very comfortable. I can adjust the earpiece so that it just barely sits in my ear and doesn't hurt.
The sounds quality is great! My husband has complained about every other hands free device I have tried. This one, he didn't even notice I was using it. It costs a little more than others I have tried, but you obviously get what you paid for.
If I had one complaint, it would be that I don't think it will go exactly 300 feet. aybe if you are in a wide open field, but not walking around my house, and not going in and out of the house. I can be 50 feet away, but as soon as the house door shuts it disconnects. I wish I could walk outside and still be able to talk. But, that said, I bought it for talking while driving and working, so not really an issue for me.
Oh, and talk time.....OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still on my first charge after 2 weeks! Granted, it is mostly standby time, but I haven't had one last this long on stand by time....not even close! And, every time I put it on it tells me how much talk time is left. This is a great feature!

This unit was great as far as audio quality. When I had it on I hardly knew it was on my ear to the point that I needed to feel for it ocassionally to be sure I had it on.
The problem is that it would intermittantlay dtop out while using it with my Iphone and then reconnect about a second later and it may do this 5 to 10 times in a minute becoming very annoying and distracting.
The problem seems to be with the rotary switch that should turn the unit on and off being a subpar design. As time went on the unit would not turn off when the earpiece was rotated to the off position.
In the end I returned it due to these issues.

But I'd read such good reviews about this online that I thought I'd have to treat myself.
