Product Review (submitted on October 27, 2012):I rely heavily on a Bluetooth. This one is good, as far as quality goes, but I have small ears. When I use the "in-ear" option, it is hard to wear because it's too big for my ear canal. When I use the "on-ear" option, the ear hook is too "tall" and doesn't sit securely on my ear. It also "bites" my ear because the hook sits in the wrong place. I wish I hadn't bought it, but the quality and battery life seem to be pretty good.
