I rely heavily on a Bluetooth. This one is good, as far as quality goes, but I have small ears. When I use the "in-ear" option, it is hard to wear because it's too big for my ear canal. When I use the "on-ear" option, the ear hook is too "tall" and doesn't sit securely on my ear. It also "bites" my ear because the hook sits in the wrong place. I wish I hadn't bought it, but the quality and battery life seem to be pretty good.

My criteria was simple. Give me a headset product that works. This one does, and works well. Instant on when I flip open the microphone is awesome - no more holding a button for several seconds to power on, like with other headsets. Voice quality is great. I tested my self by calling my work number a leaving a voice mail. The sound was crystal clear and didn't sound like I was using a headset. Incoming call quality is great as well - plenty loud and very clear. Have tried several Samsung models, and a Plantronics model that cost more than this unit, and this headset beats them all. Love this thing so much I immediately purchased another when I found out my dog ate the first one.

They shipped quickly and the headset arrived well packaged and in good shape. Good buy!

Synch'd effortlessly w/ 4S. Good sound. Great battery life. Not so fond of earpiece - but that's an individual preference not a deficiency. It's very small & could be easy to lose.
