I do not know how anyone could give this head phone more than one star and that's only by default.
I purchased a set without reading reviews because after all they were made by motorola, so they have to be the best. The headphone paired easily with my handsets and the receiving sound quality was great, but what was heard on the other end was quite different. Everyone I called said to could not understand anything I was saying, I wanted to hear what it actually sounded like for myself so I called my voicemail. Playing it back it sound as if I was speaking through a tin can. I called motorola who sent me another pair with the same results. I tried them out on several phones with no difference. After research and reading other reviews, more than half of which encountered the same problems I returned the headphones to motorola and was given a no hassle refund
