The hard outer shell does an excellent job protecting your phone from drops onto hard surfaces. The covers for the plugins do a great job and shows no signs of wear. Best investment you can make for your BB! Even if you find something you don't like about it, and I can't imagine that, at this price, it's not going to break you.
