I am here to say that once on the otter box is a great defender, but I did find one flaw that turned out to be a major hassle. As everyone may - the otter box is hell to put on (if you haven't ever put one on before). Once it became necessary for me to constantly remove my box I began to put on the case with ease. After I mastered it I broke the side piece where the volume is controlled and now my otter box is defected. I have only had the product a short time and would appreciate a refund or replacement for this product.
