Screen bubbles up preventing you from using the case and your phone at the same time.

This is a great case...it does add some bulk to your phone which is a sacrifice especially with the new lighter and thinner IPhone 5 but for this kind of protection thats something you have to be prepared to live with. Product is great. I securely holds the phone and protects it from the elements. My only advice is that the rubber flaps covering the ringer/vibrate switch, headset jack and power plug are difficult to prey open if you have short nails (like I do). Great case at a great value! (Posted on 12/18/12)
