Sound quality was fairly good for a $25 Bluetooth headset. But I was able to hear only from the left headphones. I had to push and hold on the right one to get the music playing on that one too. Customer service at All4Cellular was awesome! They were ready to ship me a replacement right away (refurbished).
Overall, the product was worth the dollars. Maybe I was unlucky to have had a bad experience.

the comfort is superb this is one of the main points for me, it is extremely adjustable to fit your ear. it's really sturdy, sating in your ear, if it was anymore sturdy it would begin to hurt after awhile, but it's a perfect balance.
the sound quality loud and clear. (*Bluetooth 2.1 with erd)
the buds pipe the sound in your ear canal, it's great.
the control buttons are extremely easy to use on the fly.
*the battery life is substantially different with old Bluetooth technologies. my laptop has the older 1.0 bt technology and i can say that i notice half the battery loss on everything that i use with it. so if your not getting the battery life you want, then it's your bluetooth not the phones.
i feel like i should add to the description due to the pictures, THE PART THAT WRAPS AROUND THE HEAD IS NOT PLASTIC, it's a chord and this is a huge plus for me i thought it was a solid piece of plastic and when got it i was ecstatic to find that it wasn't. now i can rest my head on something and it not effect the position of the buds.
i personally use it with my phone, and also my laptop, but let me clarify. I am an IT professional, and i noticed a few things. if you are using windows and you want to use these head phones with your computer, it is possible, you need to google "A2DP universal windows driver" WIDCOMM is what will do it. it's not a beginner's task tho.

Maybe I was unlucky? Review by Mohan
Quality Value Price Bought a re-furbished one from All4Cellular. The headset coupled really quickly without hassle on Windows XP and failed on Windows 7 (need an additional compatible Bluetooth adapter, which can be bough for $12 anywhere).
