When you order from this website you do not get everything that you would get if you purchased this item from a local store. This website only sends you one earpiece. When you purchase elsewhere you get three different size earpieces. The one they sent does not fit my ear and it is annoying.

Plantronics makes a quality product. The noise cancellation is great in the wind. Flexible ear hook a nd internal ear piece make it fit securely & comfortably. I am ordering another for a friend. Ability to pair with 2 devices an added bonus. Not the cheapest Bluetooth, but a reasonable price for an exceptional product. Delivery was prompt.
