I have had this unit for over a year and it is the best I've had. I am hard of hearing and I can hear fine without my hearing aid with this unit. I also drive a 18 wheeler and can hear fine with the window up or down, it seems to cancell out all or most of the back round noises.

I've had this headset for over a year, recently dropped in water which leads me to ordering a replacement. Great headset for the busy person that hates holding a handset to their head. Great for noise canceling too.
