I have an iPhone 4S, this device fully charged will charge the 4S about 29%, based on my testing, not as much as I expected. The form factor of the charger is good though and it's easy to charge with the micro USB port.

Price Value Quality There is no way I would ever pay the list price of $29.99, but if you can get it on sale, it's been an ok product so far. The USB cord that came with it doesn't work, I even tried plugging it into other wall chargers and my computer, it just simply doesn't work. Also, I believe there is supposed to be an indicator light to let you know that it is charging. The one that was sent to me doesn't have one so I never know if it's actually charging or when it's done charging. I just guess. I have yet to have a chance to call on this, but I don't think, (at least I hope), I'll run into any issue with the company on maybe trying to gt it replaced. I know someone else who order these and didn't receive a package slip and was issing one of 3 they ordered. They called and had no problems with getting the missing one set out to them. Price Value Quality Ok, mine came to me damaged but it was ascetic only. It has obviously been dropped. I needed it the day it came so I kept it. It does the job well and holds the charge. Small enough to put in your pocket but you need a cable to work with it. I can tell you this thing is tough. When we go to dinner my kiddo never remembers to charge her phone and she wants to play games. This thing stands up to the torture test of being dropped on the ground from the dinner table. Good device, I would recommend it. However it would be really cool if I could find a USB to Micro USB adaptor that was super small to go with it so you did not have to carry the cable.
