I got a battery that did not work. However, the customer service department emailed me saying they were going to send me another one without needing to pay anything. Once I get this second battery and if it works, I will make a more postive comment about this battery. (Posted on 12/28/12)

Bought this for my soon-to-be mother-in-law. She would never answer her phone or reply to texts, but I found out why. Her elderly phone's well-aged battery had enough power to make, say, one good phone call; maybe two brief calls, before it died abruptly. I saw this deal and got it for her. Now she has enough battery to make 7 or 8 calls in a row while we are sleeping and not answering (we work 12 hour shifts at night). SEEMS TO WORK REALLY WELL... PROBLEM SOLVED I GUESS...
