Scratch – Single scratch that is not deeper than the paint

Abrasion – Series of scratches in close proximity

Rub – Blemish resulting from contact with another surface

Dent – Generally less than ½” in diameter

Gouge – Slightly deeper than a scratch and penetrates the paint

These Galaxy Tabs have been refurbished, which means:

a) They have been fully reset to their initial factory specifications.

The tablets will have scratches—some worse than others. The damage is merely external though—it does not affect their performance in any way.
