This item ships in bulk packaging - a poly bag. Due to that light packaging, and the way they are stored in our warehouse, there may be slight scratches on the the headset. This does nothing to diminish from the quality and sound of these Skullcandy Full Metal Jackets. Since we cannot sell bulk packaged products at the full retail price we pass the savings on to you!!
