Date Posted : 5/8/12Quality Price Value Comments : I purchased my 1st 510 2 years ago at AT&T at $150. Work paid for it and loved it and the iPhone app, but work great with my Windows Phone also. Then saw it here and brought a new one. At such an incredible price bought another (have 3 now). Told a co-worker and sent her the link and she bought one right away (she now has 2)!

Date Posted : 5/4/12Price Value Quality Comments : Great price and fast shipping from All4cellular. Even though the package appeared sealed, the medium sized ear gel on the headset looked used. Also, because I have the latest version of Android on my phone, the Earprint app could not be downloaded from the Google Play Store. I contacted Sound Id and their tech support sent me a beta version of the next release of the software that allowed the headset to work with the phone - it's got some clever features that allow you to adjust the sound quality. Now, it works great. Also, they're sending me a replacement ear gel. Great customer service and I can recommend Sound Id on that fact alone. I also learned that they'll be releasing a firmware update for the 510 in the near future that will give it some new voice features, similar to the recently released Model Six.

Have an iphone and it works perfectly, It's the only bluetooth earpiece I can actually hear with in my truck. About to order another for a friend. You hardly know it's in your ear, it's so light weight and it holds a charge like forever.
