I too purchased this unit after purchasing the original jawbone over a year ago. No matter how I tried, the ear piece will not stay in my ear and connect to my face. Requirement, you have to have a round face near your ear in order for this to work. If your face and ear will allow it, it is the best unit ever. I bought the Jawbone II at a Sprint store when they told me it was the best around in blocking out ambient noise. I am told by callers that it does sound fine. However, the device does not stay in my ear with any of the ear pieces, even the new odd looking ones that they now have. Because of that, the tip never keeps contact with my jaw or cheek, resulting in poor voice transmission to the people with whom I am speaking. Worse yet, is a real design flaw. When the unit comes loose, it is difficult to put it back into the ear tightly without turning the unit off and hanging up the call. The on/off button on the face of the unit is exactly where you have to press to insert the unit back into the ear.

Also, when I ordered the new "Newfit Earbuds", they send them for free, but charge $2.99 for shipping via UPS 4-5 day ground. No problem - seemed fair. They arrived about 8 days later in an envelope sent US mail with a $0.42 stamp! These Newfit Earbuds do not work at all to keep the unit in place. I am going back to a corded earpiece.

If you are thinking about buying one of these, I suggest that you INSIST on trying it for fit in your ear before shelling out your hard earned money. Unfortunately, I paid $140.00 for my unit last fall and I am now throwing it away. (Posted on 3/20/09)

I ordered the Jawbone2 complete set and I Love it! Its great and works great. There's some tricks to it. 1. The end of the headset has to touch your face or your noice cancellation won't work properly. 2. Adjust your earbud before you make or answer calls, because you will hang up on someone while your trying to adjust your volume. (or maybe it's just me and my fat fingers) Other than that i have no problems with it. It lasts longer than 4 hours and i can hear well. Even though this is my first Bluetooth Headset, i think i made the right choice. The price was great to. If your looking for a Bluetooth Headset that you can actually hear the person on the other line this is the one for you. (Posted on 3/8/09)

I purchased this headset in the beginning of December and I have used this one ever since. This is my third headset and I really have to say, I have never bean so satisfied with any other headset before. This headset is light and comfortable it is slick and good looking and not to mention the quality, it will blow you away.

The only disappointment I have is that the price now is so much cheaper then when I bought it (though I still got a very good deal thanks all4cellular).

In short this headset gets two thumps up from me!
