Comments : I bought this thing explicitly to tether with my iPad WiFi, using a JailBreak app that lets them communicate over bluetooth.
I wanted a cheap BT GPS receiver, and this little guy delivered. It was just over $20, with shipping, and that undercut just about every product I could find on Amazon or otherwise.
Mine came with some AT&T literature and branding. Behind the battery panel, there was an option to disable the power-saving mode (turning itself off after ten minutes of inactivity) but I didn't really need that.
This thing gets power over Mini-USB connector, which I have plenty of.
I trust All4Cullular's cheap GPS. :-)
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, meaning that the item was made (or is being used) by the original manufacturer (ex. Motorola, Nokia, Samsung...) for this product. Items not listed with OEM are considered aftermarket.
