I ordered the Jawbone2 complete set and I Love it! Its great and works great. There's some tricks to it. 1. The end of the headset has to touch your face or your noice cancellation won't work properly. 2. Adjust your earbud before you make or answer calls, because you will hang up on someone while your trying to adjust your volume. (or maybe it's just me and my fat fingers) Other than that i have no problems with it. It lasts longer than 4 hours and i can hear well. Even though this is my first Bluetooth Headset, i think i made the right choice. The price was great to. If your looking for a Bluetooth Headset that you can actually hear the person on the other line this is the one for you.
