I too purchased this unit after purchasing the original jawbone over a year ago. No matter how I tried, the ear piece will not stay in my ear and connect to my face. Requirement, you have to have a round face near your ear in order for this to work. If your face and ear will allow it, it is the best unit ever. Interestingly enough I had no problems with the original model.
