Ok, mine came to me damaged but it was ascetic only. It has obviously been dropped. I needed it the day it came so I kept it. It does the job well and holds the charge. Small enough to put in your pocket but you need a cable to work with it. I can tell you this thing is tough. When we go to dinner my kiddo never remembers to charge her phone and she wants to play games. This thing stands up to the torture test of being dropped on the ground from the dinner table. Good device, I would recommend it. However it would be really cool if I could find a USB to Micro USB adaptor that was super small to go with it so you did not have to carry the cable.
